Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scrubs Cleaning Crew's services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Scrubs Cleaning Crew provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning (regular, deep cleaning, move in/out)
  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Specialty cleaning services

Specific service details will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee
  • Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

Service fees are determined based on factors including property size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions encountered.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic payments
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees
  • Recurring services require a valid payment method on file

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with reasonable notice to clients. For recurring services, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide safe access to your property at the scheduled time
  • Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and important documents
  • Inform us of any pets, alarms, or special access requirements
  • Notify us of any hazardous conditions or areas requiring special attention
  • Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning services
  • Clear clutter and personal items to allow proper cleaning
  • Communicate any specific cleaning preferences or areas of concern

Liability and Insurance

Our Commitment

Scrubs Cleaning Crew is fully insured and bonded. Our team members are carefully vetted, trained, and supervised.

Damage and Claims

  • We take great care in providing our services, but accidents can happen
  • Any damage or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve issues fairly
  • Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to the amount paid for services

Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items that are loose, unstable, or improperly secured
  • Items not disclosed or identified as fragile or valuable
  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other high-value items not secured
  • Colorfastness issues with fabrics or materials

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge
  • Re-cleaning must be completed within 48 hours of the original service

Confidentiality and Security

We respect your privacy and the security of your property. Our team members are trained to:

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information
  • Follow all security procedures including locking doors and setting alarms
  • Report any security concerns immediately

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Scrubs Cleaning Crew, you agree to the following terms:

Consent and Authorization

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Scrubs Cleaning Crew at the mobile number provided. You certify that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still use our services without opting in to receive SMS messages.

Types of Messages

Message types may include but are not limited to:

  • Appointment Reminders: Confirmations and reminders about upcoming scheduled services
  • Service Updates: Notifications about our team's arrival, completion, or any changes to your service
  • Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions
  • Account Notifications: Payment confirmations, billing updates, and account-related information
  • Survey Requests: Feedback requests following service completion

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and opt-in preferences. You may receive up to 4-6 messages per month. Customers with recurring weekly or bi-weekly services may receive more frequent appointment reminders.

Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Scrubs Cleaning Crew does not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You are responsible for all charges from your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for information about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time at no cost by:

  • Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us
  • Emailing us at hello@scrubscleaningcrew.com with your request to opt out and your mobile number
  • Calling us at 573-282-0003 to request removal from our SMS list

Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation text message. After confirmation, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us. However, you may still receive critical transactional messages related to active service appointments (such as same-day service updates) unless you specifically request to opt out of all messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other regional carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery and Reliability

While we make every effort to deliver messages promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery of messages due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Network outages or carrier issues
  • Device compatibility or technical problems
  • Phone number changes or disconnections
  • Spam filters or blocking settings

Neither Scrubs Cleaning Crew nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Number Changes

You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile phone number or if your mobile number is reassigned to another person. You can update your information by contacting us at hello@scrubscleaningcrew.com or 573-282-0003.

Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and related information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering text messages, but these providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Modifications to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or other reasonable means. Your continued participation in our SMS program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Program Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our SMS program or your participation in it at any time for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the service, violation of these terms, or business decisions. If we terminate the program, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service arrangements with 14 days written notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship if:

  • Payment terms are not met
  • Unsafe or inappropriate working conditions exist
  • Our team members experience harassment or abuse
  • Client responsibilities are not fulfilled

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Columbia, Missouri, in accordance with Missouri law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
